General

Atelier Kök & Interiör A AB is not responsible for any typographical errors, sold-out products, or incorrect information that may appear on the website or in marketing materials. To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian approval. Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the authorities. Atelier Kök & Interiör A AB reserves the right to cancel any purchase in case of suspected fraud.

Prices

All prices in our range are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), including VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices and disclaim responsibility for typographical errors or products being out of stock. Promotional and discounted prices are valid while stocks last or until the stated end date of the campaign. During promotional periods, prices may be updated continuously depending on stock levels.

Once an order is completed, a confirmation will be sent to the provided email address. If there are obvious errors, such as incorrect prices, descriptions, or product information in the order confirmation or invoice, Atelier Kök & Interiör A AB reserves the right to correct them. In such cases, an updated order confirmation will be sent. Customers may cancel their order free of charge if the corrections are not accepted.

Discount Codes and Promotions

For all discount codes communicated via email, SMS, or other channels, including third-party channels, the following conditions apply unless otherwise stated in the offer:

Discount codes can be used for purchases that meet any specified conditions and are valid while stocks last, but no later than the stated expiration date.

Discount codes apply only to regular prices and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.

Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Personal discount codes sent via email have a limited validity period, indicated in the offer. Verification of the email address is required at checkout. The email address used must match the one that received the offer.

Gift Cards

A gift card is a monetary voucher offered for purchase by the company. The company sets the terms for the card, including validity period, where it can be used, online usability, and whether it can be combined with other offers.

Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

Gift cards can be partially used; remaining balance is saved if the product price is lower than the card value.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Returns apply only in the store where the card was purchased. After 14 days from purchase, the gift card cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Return rights are void if the card has been used, in whole or in part.

Lost gift cards will not be replaced.

Payment Options

We use Klarna as our payment partner. Through Klarna, you can pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express), bank transfer, installment, or invoice.

For credit purchases, Klarna conducts a credit check. To complete a credit purchase, you must provide a personal or organizational number that matches the registered address.

Invoices are sent by email when the shipment leaves our warehouse. Standard payment terms are 30 days net unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur a reminder fee of SEK 50 and interest of 24% plus the current reference rate.

Personal Data

When you place an order on atelier-a.se or join our customer club, either in-store or online, you provide necessary information such as name, address, email, and phone number. By placing an order or joining the club, you consent to us storing and using your personal data internally in accordance with Swedish law to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer.



Data is used for identification, administration, and communication, including personalized offers and targeted marketing. It may also be used for customer analysis and statistics. Personal data may be associated with a customer number. We treat your data with the utmost care and guarantee, according to the Personal Data Act (PUL 1998:204), that it is used only for internal purposes. Exceptions apply for third-party solutions that require certain information, such as Klarna for payment and PostNord for delivery.

You have the right to access the information stored in your customer profile. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, you may request correction or deletion. Contact us to take these actions. The data controller is Atelier Kök & Interiör A AB, organization number 559547-5293. Open Purchase and Returns

We offer a 14-day open purchase period on all products from the regular range in accordance with the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59). Exceptions apply to custom-made orders (“Special Orders”). You can check whether a product is a special order in the product information. If in doubt, please contact us.
The Distance and Doorstep Sales Act gives you the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To return a product, please contact us. We will refund the purchase amount within 30 days if the return is justified.
The right of withdrawal applies only if the following conditions are met:

• The product is unused and in good condition.

• Invoice or receipt is available.

• Original packaging or equivalent is used.

If you cancel your purchase within the specified period, we will credit the full amount. Customers are responsible for any delivery and return costs. The product must be returned in good condition and in its original packaging or equivalent. If in doubt, we recommend contacting our support before returning, so you receive instructions on how to proceed.

Complaints

We follow applicable legislation and recommendations from the Swedish Consumer Agency. This means you have a one-year warranty and a three-year right of complaint. The right of complaint applies only if:

• You report your case within a reasonable time via our contact form.

• Invoice or receipt can be presented for warranty claims.

• Clear photos showing the product defect are attached.

Returns and Exchange Policy

To return a product, contact our customer service at info@atelier-a.se within 14 days of placing your order on our webshop. We only accept products purchased directly from our webshop and do not accept returns of products purchased via retailers, agents, distributors, or partners.

Do not send your return before receiving a return confirmation from us.

Returns are only accepted if the product is unused and in unopened packaging. Refunds are issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.


Once the return and all requested information have been received, we will refund the return amount to the account you provided. This usually takes 3–5 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are not refunded. When returning to Atelier Kök & Interiör A AB, the product must be carefully and securely packaged to avoid damage during transport. Keep a copy of the submission receipt. Atelier Kök & Interiör A AB is not responsible for damage during transport to our warehouse. Special orders cannot be returned.

Return shipping is charged a minimum of SEK 99; for larger shipments or if the cost exceeds SEK 99, the actual cost is charged. The amount is deducted from the refund.

If a product is defective due to a manufacturing error or you received the wrong product, we cover all return and shipping costs and send a new product free of charge. If the product is out of stock, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Delivery

Products ordered via atelier-a.se are delivered free of charge within Sweden. Delivery to remote locations or islands may incur a fee, as agreed when ordering. For heavy or bulky furniture, the carrier delivers the items to a specific location inside your home instead of leaving them at the door or curb. This service requires a clear path and someone present to receive the package.

Delivery Time

If a product is in stock, it is usually shipped within 2–5 business days. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and is based on your order. For products ordered specifically (Special Orders), we will inform you of the delivery time via email or phone. We reserve the right to final sale.

If you order multiple products with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together when all products have arrived at our warehouse. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. We disclaim liability for any claims related to delivery delays.

Receiving Your Order

When receiving a product, it is important to check that the packaging is undamaged and that the number of packages matches the shipping documents. Inspect the package together with the post office or carrier and note any damage. If the product is later found to be damaged, such a note facilitates the claims process. Without a note, compensation may not be granted.

Any shipping damage must be reported immediately for further handling with the carrier. For home deliveries, it is important that someone is present to inspect the delivery. Any private agreements with the carrier (e.g., leaving the product without inspection or signature) are at your own risk.

How Delivery Works

Postal Packages

Small packages can be delivered to the mailbox or the nearest post office depending on value and size. Packages must be collected within 7 days of arrival. If not collected in time, they are returned to us, and a fee of SEK 300 is charged.

Home Delivery

For packages over 20 kg, delivery is made to the door and must be signed for by the recipient. If you are not home when PostNord attempts delivery, the package will be sent to a service point, and you will receive a notification with pickup information.

Track Your Package

All shipments (except letters) are notified for tracking. If you do not receive a notification within a week after receiving the shipping confirmation via email, please contact us to avoid the package being returned.

Uncollected Orders

Atelier Kök & Interiör A AB charges a fee if a letter, package, or pallet is returned due to:

a) the order not being collected at the pickup point;

b) the recipient being unreachable at the provided phone number;

c) refusal to accept the delivery; or

d) incorrect name, address, or contact information.

The fee is SEK 300 including VAT for letters and packages, and SEK 750 including VAT for pallets or larger shipments. The fee covers extra costs such as return shipping and administration and is either invoiced or deducted from the refunded order amount.

Changes to Terms

Atelier Kök & Interiör A AB reserves the right to change the terms of purchase at any time. Changes take effect from the publication date. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall apply to the extent permitted by law. All other provisions remain fully valid.

Disputes

In case of dispute, Atelier Kök & Interiör A AB follows the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.
